This is a 2014 Honda CB1000R that I picked up new this past June as a much more comfortable round town alternative to the super bikes I'm use to. And as far as street bikes go, I don't think you can do much better. I've been riding for 30 years and have owned about 25 bikes, of all types and brands, but I always find myself coming back to Honda. The build quality can't be beat, and the performance is definitely there. I'm too old for hooligan antics anymore, but in current trim I guarantee this bike will lift the front wheel in 3rd gear off the throttle, and raise the back wheel with 2 fingers on the brake lever. If that's not good enough for you- WERA and CCS offer race licenses every spring.... and I have a built R6 I'll sell you for $20k; Not to get off topic Currently, the bike has 870 miles on the odometer, and as you can tell from the pictures is in pristine condition. It was broken in per Honda's recommendations and has never been dropped/ abused/ etc. It even has 8 months of Honda Factory Warranty remaining.
