1997 Toyota Landcruiser 40th Anniversary Edition.This Landcruiser has 245,425 miles.It DOES have working front and rear differential lockers.This vehicle has always been in New Mexico and has no rust or corrosion anywhere on it.I purchased it from the daughter of the original owner and did a mild restoration of a nice original unit.The following work was performed in the last six months/1,000 miles: A complete repaint of the vehicle that had no body damage whatsoever,just top surface oxidation.The repaint is very nice and the vehicle was mostly detrimmed.A new windshield was installed as well as outer,lower window molding,rain gutter molding and wheel flare molding. New 285/75/16 BFG All Terrain KO2 tires were put on to compliment the Old Man Emu 2" lift kit that has light front springs and medium rear springs.This combination works well and looks great. The following mechanical maintenance was performed to address all known issues:New front brake pads and rotors as well as wheel bearings.Exhaust manifold gasket replaced.New rear muffler.Cranks sensor replaced because of o-ring oil seepageSpark plugs replaced and fluids changed including transmission,air and oil filters.The compression on all cylinders came in uniformly right at 150 psi.The interior of this Landcruiser is in very good condition.I found some NOS 40th Anniversary floor mats for it.The seats are in very nice shape with just a small spot of the side vinyl missing on the drivers side seat(pic).The headliner is clean as well.All items function properly.The AC is cold,all windows and sunroof work,CD radio works,power seats work.At this time there are no repairs needed to the best of my knowledge.I did not receive any previous maintenance history with this Toyota and repaired the items my mechanic found needing attention.Check my previous feedback if you are concerned about the accuracy of this description.I try to give any potential bidders a good idea about the item.If I did not mention any work on things like the rear heater pipe or steering knuckles etc. I did not do those things because they appear to be fine.Feel free to ask any questions you may have by phone.Thanks for looking,Ron @ (505) 228-5572
