Vehicle Detail

For sale is a California "Blue Plate," 1977 GMC Jimmy. This is the 4x4 High Sierra model, it has the L code 350 4 barrel V-8 which is numbers matching and appears to have been rebuilt at some point. The engine blows no smoke, burns no oil and does not leak any oil. The transmission is the original turbo 350 and the transfer case is the New Process 203. The transmission was just rebuilt as well as the transfer case, the transfer case has been converted from full time 4-wheel drive to part time 4-wheel drive using the mile marker system with front manual locking hubs installed. The rear end is the stock 12 bolt, and the front diff is a dana 44. The complete drive train is the original born with numbers matching. The vehicle has 54,000 miles, so I'm assuming it has 154,000 miles. However the tranny and transfer case have been rebuilt with in the last 5,000 miles. Here is a list of all the work I have done in the last 60 days and I have receipts for all parts: Complete tune up: new spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap and rotor, pcv valve, air filter, breather filter, breather grommet, fuel filter, oil filter, oil change (10w30 Rotella T HD oil), new battery " Napa Legend series," (5 year battery warranty), new battery tray, new positive and negative battery cables, original starter rebuilt, prothane tranny mounts, urethane front sway bar bushings, front brake pads installed with hard ware kit, rotors turned, drums turned, new shoes and hardware kits installed, intermediate parking brake cable replaced, 4 new Monroe load leveling shocks installed, new Monroe steering dampner, 4 new BF Goodrich All Terrain K02 (32x11.5x15) tires mounted and balanced, wheels and tires were sand blasted and painted professionally. Carb was rebuilt, new choke pull off, thermostatic vacuum switch installed, new distributor vacuum advance mechanism, timing set, nos choke coil installed, front diff and rear diff were drained and filled using 80w90 GL5 gear lube, transfer case was drain and filled with Castrol HD 30 weight oil, transmission fluid and filter was serviced with new transmission pan, filter and fluid and new flywheel cover installed. Coolant flushed and filled good to -45 degrees below zero, full tank of gas (30 gallons of non oxygenated gas, with stabil 360 and marvel mystery oil added, new fuel cap, and alignment, power steering fluid was flushed and filled. New lug nuts & 4 new locking lug nuts we're installed as well as new center caps. Comes with water proof custom car cover from LMC Truck. The truck drives awesome, and it should due to all the hard work done in the past 2 months, paint is fair, interior is ok but shows it's age, to take it to the next level I would recover the seats, replace the carpet & seat belts, and possibly repaint and some point.....I like the patina, so I'd just redo the interior and enjoy. Truck has less than 15 miles on the new tires and all the new services listed above. I'm an ASE certified mechanic and did all of the work listed above, so its been done right! All I ask is that you not be a tire kicker "PLEASE", these auctions cost money this one is $71.00 dollars. Thanks for looking!!! Minnesota Title is clear and in my name, truck comes with original California Blue plates, lived in California it's whole life until 3 months ago!!! No rust, never seen a winter and has a great removable top!!! 100% positive feedback so bid with confidence....low & fair reserve! On Oct-29-16 at 09:24:57 PDT, seller added the following information: If your interested bid to win, I will not be listing the vehicle again on ebay. If it does not sell, it will be going into storage on November 1st and staying until the spring. I'd of course not like to store it all winter, so here is your chance!!!
