Up for sale is my 2005 E55 AMG Wagon. If you found this listing you probably know what it's all about. Super rare and fast. Less than 190 imported in 2005. Im listing this to push me into buying a new ride. It needs some work and I will explain all this later. I drive it daily and love every time I get behind the wheel but I think it's time to let it go. If you want to stand out and be noticed this is it. Even those who dislike wagons have a change of heart after seeing and realizing the power of these. In my opinion it's the perfect vehicle. Seven pasenger capabilty, luxury interior, elegant design and the power to beat 99% of the competition. I'm starting the bidding at 13k. I do have a reserve but I may lift it depending on how and if it progresses. Please don't ask what the reserve is. Bid what you can afford and are willing to pay. Wagon is loaded minus power lift gate and the distronic parking sensors. Has Dynamic seats. Keyless Go and It has the desirable 3rd row rear facing seat. I currently have 110k on the odometer. I have owned it for 2.5 years.Put about 19k miles on it. (10 miles a day to and from work) I have done the following including regular oil changes. Gas tank recall replacement along with new sending unit and fuel pump Rear main seal Valve cover gaskets Trans fluid replaced Supercharger belt Accessory belt Belt tensioner Drive shaft flex joint Trans mount Motor mounts Spark plugs Brake fluid flush Front and rear rotors amd pads Vossen CV3 wheels Carbon fiber mirrors ( I have originals) Side mirror gaskets Renntech lowering module New battery Alternator Carbon fiber front splitter ( although I cracked it recently pulling into a parking spot) WeatherTech floor mats Previous owner installed Renntech crank pulley in 2010. PN 01 113 02 00 ( I have original crank pulley) No other performance mods done I have receipts for work done and parts replaced. I also have a folder full of paperwork done by previous owners. I have 2 keys and clear title in hand I also have a set of Blizzak winter tires mounted on MSW 5 spokes for an ADDITIONAL $500.00 if wanted. (used 2 seasons and probably good for 2 more) The condition of the cars is as follows: Interior is good. No tears or rips. The most wear is on the driver side bolster. Exterior is typical for being 11 years old. Minor scratches small dent on passenger side wheel arch. Small rust bubble forming on the rear tailgate right in the middle of the Star MB emblem. Rear bumper should be repainted as well as it has paint chipping from me backing into my garage too deep. I took pictures of all of these.Rims are good, no curb rashTires are Hankook Ventus V12 summer. Fronts are ok but rears should be changed soon. The biggest problem is the transmission. This is the reason I'm on the edge of either selling or repairing. It slips when shifting from 1-2-3 during light load. I had the dealer along with an independent shop look at it and the trans needs to be replaced. I still drive it daily but it needs to get fixed. Hard launches it's fine but I can't do that driving my kids to school :) Dealer quoted 8k to do the job but independent shop can do it for 3.5k. If you know how to work on these a rebuilt trans can be purchased on rockauto for $2200. Check it out for yourself. Supposedly they use the same trans as the Dodge SRT models so it's not super expensive. So there you have it. Ask me questions and I will answer.
