1968 GTO. 400/350HP. 400 Automatic transmission. Power steering and power brakes. Beautiful frame-off restoration. This GTO was in good condition prior to restoration, however, it has just undergone a complete restoration. Many parts were re-chromed to avoid aftermarket parts, engine has 54000 original miles, new gaskets and oil pump, rebuilt original carb., fresh engine paint, runs great! Interior is absolutely beautiful with new upholstery, carpet, headliner, visors, door handles, door panels, re-chromed shifter, re-chromed ash trays, and new glove box. All lights, turn signals, flashers, gauges, glove box light, instrument cluster, reverse lights, and neutral safety switch work as designed. New stainless steel exhaust, new brakes, brake lines, fuel tank, fuel lines, springs, shocks, electronic ignition retro-fit, plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. Original wiper arms, new wiper motor/pump, ignition switch, wiper switch, headlight switch. This GTO does have the hide-away headlight option (works perfectly). I also have some original documentation including the original title which includes pay-off information from GMAC financing. Original owners manual, original seatbelt notice, and a PHS build sheet and window sticker. I will include the original valve covers (needs re-chrome) and HD air cleaner (needs re-chrome) with purchase along with some other original parts. Engine is very clean inside and has received new gaskets, seals, oil pump, and lifters. Engine runs very strong and does not smoke at all. Original carburetor was professionally rebuilt and recently installed. Original valve covers and heavy duty air cleaner included.
