Vehicle Detail

SUZUKI QUADSPORT Z250. SAT IN THE GARAGE AND DOES NOT START PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS. WILL SHIP ON A CRATED PALLET.I'M TRYING TO START A COMPANY, WORKING ON OTHER CLASSIC CARS, AND REBUILDING A BOAT MOTOR. I JUST HAVE NO TIME FOR THIS. I BELIEVE ITS A 2006 BUT I'M NOT 100% SURE.PLEASE VIEW MY OTHER AUCTIONS, AND HAVE A GREAT DAY!BEST REGARDS SCOTTY!On Aug-24-16 at 18:05:53 PDT, seller added the following information: *****Bought a battery and cleaned up the connections. Misted the carb with gas and it fired up and it idled nicely for a couple of seconds. I will drain the tank in the morning and make sure it's all clean gas. Then, see if I can get it to run off of the carb. Thanks ScottyOn Aug-28-16 at 14:40:46 PDT, seller added the following information: Put the new battery in, cleaned out the gas tank and looked at the fuel selector valve which is new (5 months ago) from the farm mechanic two blocks down from me. They said they put in a new fuel selector valve, so I cleaned out the tank (there wasn't much in there other then a little bit of crappy gas and a moth) and disassembled the selector switch which looks new. Summary: The fuel selector switch has a small bladder in it, and it flows freely in the horizontal position, but not in any other. This may be normal, I don't now, I need to find out. The main pickup tube is about two inches up so If you don't have a lot of gas in it, You wot hit the primary tube which may have been the problem all along. Also it's possible t's the incorrect new selector switch because everything is spotless inside. So I filled it up with gas, turned the fuel switch horizontal, and down the road it went. There was a little stumbling as you revved, but that got better as I heated it up. Maybe a plug or a little dirt in the carb, but for sure I went flying down the road in all gears and reverse works fine too. I've ordered a new air cleaner ($62) and I put in a new battery($50) and it starts fine. I'll try it in the morning when I need to choke it to see if there is any issues. Regards Scotty.
