NOT SURE THE PROCESS IN ANOTHER STATE. SO TO BE CLEAR, IF YOU ARE A PA RESIDENT YOU CANNOT TITLE AND GET A PLATE UNTIL THIS PAPERWORK IS FILED, IF YOU ARE OUT OF STATE PLEASE LOOK INTO WHAT IS REQUIRED BEFORE BIDDING! YOU WILL ALSO NOT BE ABLE TO BUY AN INTRANSIT TAG IN PA! YOU ASSUME THE RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE IT INSPECTED AND FILE REQUIRED PAPERWORK IN EITHER PA OR YOUR HOME STATE. WHATEVER DAMAGE IT HAD PREVIOUSLY WAS REPAIRED AND IT DRIVES STRAIGHT AND LOOKS GOOD. Vehicle must be paid for in full within 3 days by cash or bank wire transfer. Once vehicle is paid in full I will allow 5 days to pick up at no charge.
