The Thruxton is born of the café racer culture that dominated motorcycling in the 1960s. Back then, British twins, usually Bonneville engines, were used to form the basis of home built bikes. Used to race from one café to another, they featured extensive modifications such as dropped bars, single seats and upswept exhausts. This Triumph Thruxton has been a great bike that really is just barely broken in but unfortunately I have had to move and cannot take it with me. The bike is in almost perfect condition as it has spent most of it's life in the garage. The tone out of the British Customs predator exhaust is amazing. Want to quiet it down? The stock exhaust comes with the bike! Extras also include the fender delete kit shown (stock fender also included), as well as a Triumph Original Equipment front faring and fork boots. The front turn signals have been upgraded for use with the fairing and the stock ones will be included. The headlight has also been upgraded to an LED bulb for increased visibility and safety for both daytime and nighttime riding. Lastly, there is a quick access plug installed for a battery tender which has been used each and every time the bike has sat for a long stretch in order to keep the battery in top notch shape. There might be other Thruxtons on eBay but you won't find one this clean or with this many extras included!
