Car can be driven home and was being used daily before being traded, you must bring your own plate or tow, you will not be able to purchase a plate or register until vehicle is inspected and paperwork filled out by enhanced safety mechanic. Prior out of state Reconstructed title, meaning at some point it was in an accident and insurance co. deemed it a total loss and paid the owner the replacement value, then sold the car as a Salvage vehicle. It was then repaired and issued a Reconstructed title, however when traded in for a new vehicle in PA the law states that before you can register it, it has to be re-inspected by a certified mechanic and deemed roadworthy. Kind of silly since it was already inspected and deemed roadworthy in another state and registered but the law is the law! Car runs excellent and can be driven anywhere, in fact you can buy it and drive it right to an enhanced inspection station and if they say all is fine, they sign off on the MV-426B, you take the Title and paperwork to an Auto Tag agency or DMV and get it registered and enjoy the rest of the summer cruising in a Mustang GT with the top down! It only has 58k verified miles! Take a look at the Experian title check in the pics. The PA Salvage title has mileage listed as EXEMPT because it's over 10 years old. So if you are looking for a Mustang GT convertible and don't mind a few extra steps to get a great deal, hear you are! 2004 Mustang GT 40th Anniversary includes the 4.6L V8, auto, fully loaded with leather, power top and chrome wheels. There are some scuffs on the front bumper and a few spots here and there that should be expected of a daily driven vehicle of this vintage but overall very nice and presentable. Previous owner put some silicone around front headlight for some unknown reason and a little on the dash air bag take a look at pics. There is an air bag light on, but both air bags are intact and should pass inspection. Has aftermarket exhaust and cold air intake which adds a few hp and gives it a nice rumble under acceleration but quiets up while cruising. Ac is blowing warm air so may need a charge.
