Hello Everyone! Up for sale is a 2006 Volvo XC90. TITLE IN HAND. SOLD AS IS! Please if you have a question just ASK MEbefore you make a bid. I'm not a mechanic however, I have a general idea about the vehicles condition as I dostill drive it daily. The vehicle was involved in an accident a few years ago (2014) on the passenger side, I repaired most of the parts it needed to ''get back'' on the road safe as possible. I have the vehicles maintenance receipts as I have spent around $3,000 dollars on it in the last 6 months. I believe I was the second owner of this vehicle however,double check that via carfax. The Good:Runs, inside is in great shape, 3rd row seating, new battery (2 months old), new headlights. new air intake pipe.the vehicle idles good, new radiator (3 months ago), and I had a new alignment done on the front. The Bad:Within the last 2 months a lot of issues started --Check engine light is on.The vehicle drives however, after it's in stop and go traffic for about 30 minutes the (digital) drivers dash columngoes from (D) *drive* to (- - -) *blank* the vehicle is still technically in drive. I had a mechanic at the Volvo shop take a look at it and he said it was the ''TCM'' Transmission Control Module.And he would change me $750 to replace it. He stated until I replaced the TCM that I would have to turn the caroff then back on to ''reset'' the computer. The AC unit stopped working a short time after the TCM stopped working properly. I'm not sure if it has anythingto do with it or not. Needs a new skid plate as I had the original removed after the accident. Feel free to contact with any additional questions, serious buyers only. Great vehicle for the price and my best guess is you will need another thousand to invest for it to be perfect again. The buyer pays for all pick-up/shipping cost.
