NOT SURE THE PROCESS IN ANOTHER STATE. SO TO BE CLEAR, IF YOU ARE A PA RESIDENT YOU CANNOT TITLE AND GET A PLATE UNTIL THIS PAPERWORK IS FILED, IF YOU ARE OUT OF STATE PLEASE LOOK INTO WHAT IS REQUIRED BEFORE BIDDING!
