Up for auction is a 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Hard Top Coupe,with a1957 Chevrolet Bel Air 4 door Sedan for a parts car. The HT coupe was a running car when restoration was started about 20 years ago by its owner who is now deceased. I am listing this for a friend who is a member of the deceased family. I will try to describe the vehicle as I saw it in the building it's stored in. The vehicle has been striped to just a body, it looks very solid, I didn't see any floor rot or trunk rot. Some young boy tried to help with the work after the owner fall sick, they sanded the car [very poorly] and painted it what to me looks like spray can, so it will have to be striped, primed etc. In the building are lot of 57 parts, more than enough to restore this car. I was not able to take pictures of everything, There are 3 or 4 Engines, diffidence type of chevy wheels and hub caps. The seats are there also and 57 chrome and trim out the co-zoo. You can see the pictures of the parts car and also included in the sale is another 1957 Chev Coupe witch I could not see well enough to take a picture, it was back in the weeds tall as the car, but what little I could see it was a coupe or HT. The owner wife say she thinks there other 57 body parts in those weeds. the sale is for all Vintage Automobile stuff on the property, witch is a lot. Vehicles are located on a State Rd east side of Lynchburg Va A truck can be backed in to load.
