As stated an original 1952 chev pickup with no modifications. This truck would make an excellent project for the hobbyist or rebuilder or restorer. The truck would have to be trailered to whatever location it may arrive at. I do not have the means to transport it so it would need be picked up. I have no problem holding the truck should timing be of any factor. All parts have existed since the factory build. There are two small rusted areas common to these vehicles where the front fender meets the lower cab. One running board has a rusted spot on driver side. The box bottom needs new boards but that is a given. All the metal pl separator frames for planks are in place for the box. The truck has not been tampered with. The transmission is a 3 speed on the column. The starter is on the floor and the battery is the type with a floor cover. Original rims and original hub caps There is no remodification from any other attempts to remove and refix areas, so no previous hack work was allowed. The wiring remains as the 6 volt system from factory. It is all up to the new owner whatever they need to do to make them happy from a stock product. I am shocked at some of the prices I see here on e-bay for these trucks which have been restored. I am asking a firm $6000.00 US dollars and I see other old trucks in a lot worse condition with missing parts asking this amount. For 6000 dollars that is slightly less than 100 dollars a year and my storage. 65 years old vehicle. I have not tried to start it as all oils and fluids should be done so as to cause no damage to the engine. It started and ran 25 years ago after a 10 year sit so it was not seized up on the last usage. The papers were ruined by a mouse but all info is on the inside drivers door. There will be a record of ownership at the ministry of transport BC Canada. The missing inside window handle is in the glove box so every part is accounted for.
