2006 Mercedes R 500 Runs Excellent 138k Miles ***NO RESERVE***• EXTERIOR: Paint is shiny and clean without any rust. There is a small ding by the left rear window see pics also the front left side of the bumper has a little scuff. The rest of the body is pretty clean with maybe a few light scratches and dings but nothing that needs to be repaired. The tires are matching but could use replacing in 10,000 miles or so.• INTERIOR: Is clean the center console and drivers seat has a few cracks in the leather (see pics)The shade that covers the panoramic roof was hanging so I pulled it out. The glass roof is blacked out so it doesn't make much difference. The DVD players in the head rests do not work . We haven't used them since the iPad came out lol. The cig lighter doesn't work but it's probably just a fuse never had it looked at. The window switch on the drivers side for the rear window is broken but it still works (see pics)The cd radio and aux with steering wheel controls work as they should. Electric Windows, locks, cruise control, heated power seats, panoramic roof, tilt wheel all work as they should. MECHANICAL:Engine runs perfect we always use synthetic oil there is no leaks knocks or abnormal noises.Transmission shifts and drives perfect at 80 or 90k miles the Mercedes dealer replaced the transmission under warranty. It was almost an $8000 job. So I think the transmission should outlast everything.The exhaust is quiet without any leaks or noises. The suspension feels good without any squeaks. The brakes feel good without any vibration or noise. Steering is good steering pump was just replaced. Overall a very good running driving and great looking Mercedes this is the 500 so there is so much power and acceleration too. This was my wife's car and she just got a new SUV .
