1971 Ford Mustang Convertible, Southern California car. I purchased the car in San Diego and have owned the car since 2009, believe I am second owner. 351 Cleveland engine is original, was rebuilt in 2008, have records. Originally 2BBL and single exhaust, have converted to 4 BBL and dual exhaust. Have original manifold and 2 BBL carb with the car. Repainted probably ten years old, original color, still in good condition. Strong driver condition car, good for local shows and enjoying. Odometer reads 45k, but believe 145k is actual mileage based on history. Good maintenance history from 2008, have all service records, recently completed door interior mechanical and power window rebuild. Recent job change and move to east coast is forcing sale. Issues with car: 2 scratches in driver’s side door need touch up. Air conditioning compressor seized up two months ago and will require replacement, would also recommend conversion from R-12 to R-134. Drivers side inside door pull is loose. Runs and drives very well. About 50% tread life on tires, 75% pad life remaining on brakes. Convertible top works well. Strong maintenance history and includes spare tire and soft top cover.
