Vehicle Detail
I bought this car for my son about 5 years ago. It has always been a reliable vehicle for him. He bought a new car about 1 1/2 years ago, and I was supposed to fix a few things and then sell it for him.........fast forward to now, and of course I didn't have time to fix it. So it goes for sale with a few fixable issues. The AC works good, but has a small leak and needs a recharge. I just put a brand new battery in the car, but the battery light is on, so probably needs a new or rebuilt alternator. You can the parts to rebuild for under $30, and there are videos all over YouTube to show you how to do it. It's not difficult. It definitely needs a new power steering pump and the brake light is now on, but it just may need fluid. The driver's door handle broke off. I bought a new handle and installed it but it doesn't work from the outside, probably needs a small adjustment. The driver's side back window came off of its support. I have it propped up, inside the door. The positive, it has good tires with a good amount of tread on them. It drives smooth and the body is in very good shape. Has a good aftermarket stereo with four new speakers. It hasn't been inspected or started since 2014. I drained the gas tank, put in fresh gas and a new battery, and it started right up! Gotta love toyotas! Put a little time and money in this car and it will another 100,000 or more miles Don't want to wait for the auction to end? make me an offerOn Jun-27-16 at 15:47:56 PDT, seller added the following information: FYI, i just had my mother pass away this morning, so I will not be available for pickup of this vehicle by the winning bidder until Saturday the 2nd. thanks for your understanding
