This is a very nice example of a 1961 Corvair. It was in an estate and in a garage for many years. The paint is in super shape. it shines nice and shows only minor scuffs and a few small chips. The seats and interior are nice, shows a small amount of wear on the left side. Being that the car was sitting it will need some tinkiering. The brakes work but are stiff, the engine starts and runs but will need a tune up. The tires are old. But overall this would be a fun and collectible car for the right person. I put the car on a lift to look at the underside. This is one of the cleanest Corvairs I have seen. The engine is dry with no oil leaking out, and the underbody is nearly rust free. The drivers side floor under the seat has been repaired but the rest of the floor,rockers, and structure look very good. Also the trunk is filled with NOS parts for the car, brakes, carb kits,tune up parts, shocks and a lot more. Please call me if you need anymore information
