Priced for quick sell. Great condition and runs fine! All original parts (only non original part is battery) which is a big deal for a car this old! My Dad bought this from a Midwest farmer many years ago because he drove a '38 as a youth. When he could no longer take care of it he gave it to me and my son. My son used it for special events in high school (great prom car!) and went off to college and is now having to pay off school debts so having to part. The body remarkably only has a few minor dings and scratches. The interior is whole, no tears or stains. The engine works fine. It has always been garaged! Very minimal rust due to being in northern inland California and now Arizona. There is some minor rust in tail pan area, see photo. Specifications (even have original "Reference Book"): V-8, 3,062 cylinder bore, 3.75 inch stroke; synchronized sliding type transmission with helical constant mesh gears in all speeds, cable operated, internal expanding brakes; semi reversible hour glass worm and roller type steering gear; 14 gallon tank, dual downdraft carburetion, diaphragm type fuel pump; 3/4 floating type rear axle with torque tube drive; 6.00X16 white wall tires; 112 inch wheelbase.
