Matching numbers engine and transmission. Paint and body are almost flawless. The car does not have any aftermarket or performance upgrades. Its just the way it rolled off the showroom floor. Cold Ac and all the power options work as they should. Tires have plenty of tread left on them. These cars are becoming almost impossible to find like this. Most 99-00 civic si's have been beaten, swapped, wrecked, stolen, or have title issues. This civic si has none of those issues or stories at all. No body kits, no engine modifications what so ever ,No fender rolls, no modified suspension, etc.. This Civic SI EM1 has stood the test of time without being subjected to all the trends in the import world the last 16 years. Its completely unmolested. This is Truly a collector car. I am the second owner of this car and have the original invoice sticker from when it was purchased new at Lokey Honda in St. Petersburg Florida in 2000. These cars are going up in value especialy if the car hasn't been touched. It will only go up in value as time goes on. Interior is very clean but does have wear on the leather wrapped steering wheel and outer window door trim due to the sun which is normal. The original leather wrapped shift knob is in near mint condition and are almost impossible to find used in this kind of shape. I have owned many of these cars and I am a die hard fan of the 99-00 Em1 civics. This by far is the best example of a low mileage flamenco black em1 out there. I am in no rush to sell. (Clean title and has actual documented miles stated on the title) Does not show exempt which state of Florida tries do after any vehicle is 10 years old or over 100k miles. Once you let DMV label exempt in the mileage section, the car can never be stated back to true mileage no matter how low miles it has or the owner claims. I made sure that this 2000 SI states actual mileage despite the age of the car to preserve its true survivorship and collectability for the future. Most all Florida Civic EM1 titles show exempt in mileage section due to having over 100k miles, many changes in ownership, or age of the cars and do not reflect true auctual miles like mine does..
