* 2003 Swapped Subaru Impreza WRX/RS * TURBO I have a 2003 Subaru RS that was swapped with 2003 WRX engine and manual transmission, interior and driveline by the previous owner. One HUGE advantage to this is that you can actually have a WRX that is cheap on insurance! I received this car on a trade and dont need an extra car in the driveway. I have been driving it an hour each way to work and has never broke down. This car is especially great for winter months with it being AWD. Per previous owner: Engine has roughly 150,000 miles while the body has 237,000 miles at this time, mileage may go up due to the fact that I still enjoy driving this car every now and then. The car still runs strong and reliable, but acts like it has a misfire. Only noticeable really in 1st gear on take off and smoothes out after warm up. It has been like this since I got the car. Engine Light on. Not sure what is wrong. Plenty of tread left on the tires. It still has the normal quarter panel rust and a couple small bubbles above the windshield. See pics for details. The lower control arms have been treated for the recall so no worries there. Minor wear on Driver seat (common) Aftermarket on the car: GroupN transmission mount Kartboy positive shift transmission mount bushings TurboXS cat-less up pipe with EGT sensor plugged and resistor put in to turn off the light. Can't truly say it's aftermarket but it does have STI axle-back exhaust, the car is still quite quiet. Aftermarket off the car: **Black primered JDM hood scoop Rear end bushings for the lateral links and sedan lateral links and axles since the current rear suspension came off of the WRX wagon... so it sits in by about an inch on each side but I have everything to put on it ready to install. Whiteline lateral link bushings New cam seals for the driverside. They are leaking a little bit of oil, but the car still drives fine. No name Blue atmosphere BOV Also a box of other misc parts..... I will have the title notorized and ready to go. Weekends and evenings are best. ****Serious inquiries ONLY. Is this a show car? NO, but it is a fun little car to enjoy.
