1995 Honda Shadow

This is a 1995 Honda Shadow 1100 Ace (not 94 as i said in the video) Basically bike runs and starts great. Fun to ride and looks great for it's age. Here's the story. I bought this bike from a guy in las vegas (when I lived there) about 7 years ago. It had been salvaged several years prior due to nothing more than falling over and getting banged up more than insurance would cover so it was "salvaged" and then the owner bought it back from the insurance company somehow and fixed the few damaged parts (except for the dents), He rode it a few more years then stored it. When I got it, I had to clean the carbs, and then I gave it a custom paint job and have been riding it ever since. Never had a moments trouble. There is no way to know how many miles are actually on it because in vegas, once salvaged they no longer put it on the titles and the previus owner had put on an aftermarket speedometer which did not have accurate miles on it, and it didn't keep accurate speed either. So I replaced that with a Garmin which in addition to tracking speed perfectly, also gives you navigation. The down side is, it the idiot lights are gone from the original cluster so no green light for neutral. Not a problem for the experienced rider of course, but for a novice that might be concerning. It has nice forward foot controls and really loud fishtail pipes which you can hear in the video. also I just put in a brand new high end absorbed glass battery (no acid) which should last years. It is a very nice bike but please don't expect it to be perfect.
