Since it is laquer there are some cracks or crazing in the paint only on the sides of the car, only noticeable at a close distance. When the floors where repaired patch panels where installed in the toe board area, and brazed in then undercoated. The engine and transmission was rebuilt in 2006. Tires are Firestone reproduction bias-ply, and they along with wheels being painted where installed in 2006. The gentleman i puchased the firebird from bought the car in 1973, He kept a log book to record all repairs, and maintenance. All the equipment on the car is original to it, and matches how it left the factory as documented in the Pontiac Historical Society report. Except the drives seat has been moved back 2 inches with some aftermarket plates to accommodate previous owner height.
