BMW R80 with original engine runs and drives great. Ready to be ridden with less than 41000 miles. There is a video available at YouTube. Runs smoothly, see video. Transmission: 5 speed, no slippage and no grinding. Gears engage easily and properly. The Tarozzis have no effect on the shifting or rear brakes. Brakes: Work appropriately, front and rear. Dual disc front, drum rear. Body/Paint: The paint is in very good condition. The bike was sprayed in Dupont base coat/ clear coat paint last year. The stripes are painted on, not vinyl, and they are under clear coat. Handlebars: Replaced with Woodcraft clip ons and risers. Foot pegs: Converted to Tarozzi rearset. Set Pan: Replaced with Boxer Cafe seat and high density race foam. Thicker foam can be installed, however I have never had an issue with the thinner as I like to get some feedback. Deficiencies: Needs rear tire Shipping: I have a commercial address with loading dock from which the motorcycle can ship. It is a 35458 zip code. I will hold the bike for one month after payment in full is received, if necessary for you to arrange pickup.
