For sale is one 1948 Chevrolet stylemaster coupe in mostly original condition. We purchased the car back in 2008. We have not run the engine for a few years, but it does run well and the transmission shifts good. It will need a battery to run and at least a check of the brake system as the pedal went to the floor when we pushed it outside for pictures the other day. It has been stored inside since we have owned it. Overall very solid car and mostly original, with the exception of the wheels/tires/hubcaps, seats, paint, and gear shift knob. Original powertrain, pearl steering wheel, and sheetmetal. Would need a headliner and headlight switch knob to be virtually complete. All gauges and lights work. A great base car for whatever you have in mind for a finished classic. $500 deposit within 24 hours of end of auction and balance in cash when you pick the vehicle up.
