Selling a Very Nice 1974 custom cabriolet Super Beetle that is in great shape and has been restored inside and out 4 years ago. Has a rebuilt strong running 1,641cc motor that looks beautiful and has been tuned up by a VW mechanic recently. The engine fires right up and runs and idles well. The Engine has been color matched to the vehicles exterior and the Ravenna green is the original paint the car was manufactured with. The Karmann Super Beetle is a manual with a 4-speed transmission. New Battery New Spark Plugs and Wires New Points and Condenser New Fuel Filter New Air Filter and cover New Rubber around the windows New Shifter Assembly Transmission Fluid just changedReplaced Speedometer Cable The Convertible top is in great shape and is only a few years old. It has new carpet that was installed in 2012 throughout the inside. This car also features a new custom black vinyl interior with Lime Green accents that was installed in 2012. The one-of-a-kind two tone paint job was inspired by the Lincoln Blackwood and was made to look black in the shad and the wood grain appears with the sunlight hits the car and the Lime green can be seen throughout the interior and exterior of the car. The car was lowered approximately 2" to give the Cal look with a set of custom struts that improve both the look and handling. The undercarriage is beautiful and very solid, had to lift up the car since the cars stance was lowered to the ground and the floor pans look great with no rust. Cons:-two tires definitely will need replaced (size of tire -165 80 15 is inexpensive maybe 60-80 per tire) -has a few blemishes in the form of micro chips but cannot be seen by the naked eye and small crack or two just above muffler in paint under rear bumper -does not come with spare tire under the front hood This Car was Sold on the Barrett Jackson Auction in 2012 and has been in good hands since.
