up for sale is a 2006 porsche boxster 5 speed 91k miles! beautiful car that handle and runs great!!!it has sport seats strong clutchbig sticky tires crisp 5 speed transmission sport steering wheelbig brakes all aroundslotted rotorsac and heat heated seatsmuch moredoes not tick leak or knock!now the reason why it was salvaged was because these cars have a problem with the drain system for the convertible. over time it clogs up and water start to build underneath the driver seat. so after a heavy downfall overtime a little bit of water will accrued in the cabin. So the insurance company deemed it flood even though it wasn't damaged to the extent as it sounds. It runs and drives great. Starts up every time. the drain has been cleaned and fixed. the result of the water damage it needs a rear control module that costs 250 dollars and 89 dollars to reprogram to the vehicle. it only affects the convertible top and the rear spoiler control and rear lights. EVERYTHING else works and it runs perfect! On Feb-26-16 at 05:10:12 PST, seller added the following information: Only thing it needs is a rear control module for the spoiler and convertible to fully function. About a 200 dollar part. The rear control fried when it was contacted with a little water.
