1981 VW Rabbit pick-up truck, with engine from 1986 Jetta, turbo diesel with 5 speed transmission. runs and drives excellent, new timing belt and tensioner , this truck has been off the road and stored inside since 1995, still has 95 inspection sticker in windshield , i bought it with a bad motor to restore and it took me time to find a good turbo diesel that i could afford to put in it, tires are all very good, about 85% tread left, goes down the road straight and shifts nice , seats are also out of the 86 jetta, and are in very good shape, its no show truck , but has no rust , new battery and altinator, glow plugs and block heater both work great, thanks for looking
