1998 cobra. Laser Red on Tan leather. 1 of only 551 made in 1998. 51k original miles. Zero accidents. Never smoked in or abused. Sunny day and weekend driver. Stored from November to April every year in a heated garage, parked on carpet squares with a battery tender hooked up. Always maintained and properly cared for. Myself, my best friend and his father have been the proud owners of this car for the past 13 years. Always cared for and maintained to a T. waxed and detailed often. I have a video of the exhaust. Brand new 18x9/10 FR500 wheels wrapped in brand new sumitomo HTRZ 2 tires. 275/35 up front and 285/35 out back. Brand new 4.10 gears and completely rebuilt rear end. Ford racing speedcal to calibrate the speedometer.Ford racing aluminum rear end girdle.Aftermarket clutch quadrant and firewall adjuster. Ford racing "aluminum" pedal pads. Eibach sportlines lowering springs with KYB shocks and struts. Steeda caster/camber plates. Windows are professionally tinted.Brand new Smoked head lightsRecent maintenance:Fresh oil and filter change. Mobil 1 5w20 full synthetic and OEM motorcraft filter. oil changes were done every 1500 miles. Brand new brake fluid Brand new transmission fluid Brand new battery Brand new serpentine belt, tensioner with pulley and idler pulley Brand new spark plugs and air filter Brand new fuel filterInterior/exterior:Given the vehicle is 18 years old, it does have a few minor blemishes here and there. There are a couple small scratches on the rear bumper where someone tried to steal the cobra inserts. There's also 2 very tiny dings in the driver's rear quarter panel. They are not noticeable unless your looking for them. The steering wheel is showing signs of age at the 12 o clock position and a couple of buttons on the radio are starting to turn white from being pushed. Everything on this vehicle works 100% as it should. The interior is incredibly clean for a vehicle that is 18 years old. i would honestly rate the vehicle a solid 9.5/10 all around. The paint has absolutely ZERO fade, which is very rare to see on any laser red vehicle.So with all this being said, asking price is $11,900. Pretty sure you won't find a cleaner and better running/sounding cobra with this mileage anywhere. I wouldn't hesitate to drive the car across the country and back.Hoping another enthusiast will buy this beautiful car and treat it as we have the last 13 years. Credit union has the title as I have a small lein on the car.
