1950 Desoto Hardtop in excellent condition. This car spent the first 60 years of its life in Southern California and was a one owner for that period of time. It was purchased by a business in Montana that was going to build a hot rod with it but had too many irons in the fire so chose to sell it to me. Therefore, I believe I am the third owner and have owned it for 6 years. I disassembled it, had all the parts sand blasted and painted. I painted the vehicle in original colors for 1950. The interior dash and garnish moldings have been powder coated. Beautiful new upholstery by a local shop. Almost all of the chrome was redone. The engine was rebuilt prior to my purchase so it runs very strong. All mechanicals are good - brakes redone, etc. Odometer shows 68,300 miles which I believe to be actual miles. This is a beautiful, good driving car. It has been restored to match the 1950 era. I wouldn't call it a show car; it's more of a great daily driver. There are things that aren't absolutely technically correct compared to the way it came out of the factory and there are some minor imperfections, however, overall it is a great classic car.
