Year: 1997 OLDSMOBILE REGENCY EIGHTY EIGHT with less than 95,000 MILES!!!Here is one of the best cars GM made, period! In my opinion, and I have owned a couple dozen of this generation of full size front wheel drive GM sedans, they just do so much right!A CHANCE TO OWN A SUPER CLEAN BLAST FROM THE PAST!! I have listed this car here on ebay with no reserve, The car does run and drive nice and has a very straight rust free body. Powered by the 3.8 6 cyl with smooth shifting auto transmission.. I think they are in the top 2 or 3 motors that GM ever made. Average around 20mpg around city streets and 30+ on the highway. In the 88's, 98's and some other models with the 3.8, we always had plenty of power coupled with really respectable gas mileage.This particular Regency has had excellent care. First, the body is much better than average condition. I would rate it excellent. It is not full of parking lot dings and scratches. That is not to say it has no marks. There are a few, but they wouldn't show up in the pictures easily. The paint is good with a little buffing I think it would be excellent. Most important to me, and I do this for a living remember, is that the undercarriage is much better than 99% of the cars it's age and price range. Partly because the mileage is so low, but I suspect it was garage kept. .The interior was also well kept. the leather, although a little dirty is not ripped and would take a easy cleaning. The rug, panels, headliner and dash are all great.This great Olds still hits the road extremely well.
