Up for sale is my 2008 BMW 128i convertible with 73,500 miles. Heated seats and paddle shifter. This car runs and drives flawlessly - I wouldn't hesitate for drive across country tomorrow. If your looking for a bargain on a dependable, fun and reliable convertible, look no further. For well under $10,000, you will have a great car to drop the top. Let's get the rebuilt title out of the way. This car had very light front end damage many, many years and miles ago. The car was professionally repaired and looks fantastic. All glass is original and the air bags did not deploy. The front windshield glass does have a crack that runs from the top of the windshield to the bottom on the passenger side. I will sell this car to the highest bidder and for what the winning bidder will pay, you won't find a better value on a BMW convertible. Mechanically the car drives incredible. No check engine lights and the vehicle passed emissions testing with flying colors. I have had the transmission fluid and rear differential fluid change at 70,000 miles. Runs from 0 - 80mph plus straight as an arrow with absolutely no pulling or shakes. The car drives fantastic. I replaced the brake pads with low dust ceramic pads around 70,000 miles. The only item to report that needs attention is the air conditioning - the AC cools intermittently - everything else works 100%. No oil leaks or oil burning. Again, other than the AC hiccup, it's doesn't need anything mechanically and is ready for the road. The tires have plenty of tread left and are the correct high dollar run flat tires. Exterior shows well with some rock chips on the hood and bumper. The paint is glossy and shows well. Several months ago someone backed into the driver's quarter panel (see photos) - I had the dent pulled the best it could. A body shop quoted me $1,200 to fix, but due to the bodyline contours, it didn't bother me enough to fix at this point. The interior is clean and shows well. The leather seats look great all power items work as they should. Convertible top is excellent and works perfect. Thanks for reading and good luck. This is BMW's check control which gives you a message when illuminated (e.g. low washer fluid, light bulb burnt out, truck lid open, seat belts not fastened…). The message for this was low fuel. I had one before for a burnt out bulb that once replaced cleared itself. TO BE CLEAR: the vehicle has no check codes displayed – I filled it with gas and the triangle went away. -- I have the Tennessee title in hand which is treated just like a clean titled vehicle – it notes rebuilt on the title. I purchased this vehicle with a Louisiana rebuilt title, took the title to my local DMV and was issued a title from Tennessee with no problems. -- Feel free to ask any questions. There are no surprises with this vehicle – it has always been super dependable and well maintained. It drives phenomenal with no issues (the AC does work at times and may only need a charge but I wanted to have full disclosure). Everything is 100% mechanically.
