Vintage 1966 Porsche 912 Project Car - Irish Green Karmann Built - Complete RELISTING DUE TO NON PAYING BIDDER. Car is in overall good condition for its age. Title says car is a '67. Since there is no manufacture date of the car, the DMV would not change the title. A Porsche COA or Kardex might possibly change this, but at this point it remains a 1967 on the title. Serial number is 451307, which I believe makes it a '66 with a late '65 build. It was originally an Irish Green car, but at some point in its life was painted red. The engine number is 833188, I don't believe that it is original to the car, but it is relatively close to what should be in it. Engine does turn over with the key, but that is as far as I got with trying to get it running. Car has a 5 speed transmission. Lights are in working order with the exception of a burnt out tail light bulb. At some point the floors were replaced in the car and they are solid, but the work is not perfect. There is some rust in the front suspension pan that I have tried to picture. Inside the boot area is solid. The only other rust areas that I can see are on the driver side fender and passenger quarter. Interior is intact with the exception of the brake, clutch and accelerator pedals. These were taken out when the floor was replaced and never put back in. All glass is intact, however the passenger window is not connected to the regulator. Windshield is cracked. Tires are new, but have not been balanced. This is a very restorable car and they are getting harder to find. I have a clear Arizona title in my name notarized and ready to go.
