I bought this car 2 years ago from momentum BMW in Houston. The car runs great and has no mechanical problems. It is currently covered under BMW's CPO 100K mile warranty (Upon sale of the vehicle, CPO warranty has to be transferred to new owner within 60 days). In addition, i have an extended maintenance plan which runs through June 2017 so all oil changes, brakes, etc are covered by BMW. All maintenance is up to date.
