1963 MGB MK 1 Convertible California car originally purchased in Riverside CA. Car was purchased from 2nd owner who has owned since 1971 and has kept car garaged and in California the entire time of ownership (45 years). All gauges work, all lights work, Interior was redone about 8 years ago and still looks great. Paint was done about 15 years ago and has cracking throughout. No rust on the car, battery box is dry as well as is undercarriage; other than typical surface rust. Engine was rebuilt about 8 years ago and has very little mileage since; transmission shifts beautifully and car rides very well. Car comes with fairly new convertible top, top cover, new rear bumper and a variety of repair manuals and a box of many parts. Car starts up every time and is a blast to drive. I have the missing drivers mirror; actually 2 of them and the brackets but I have ordered the base from Moss Motors as the connector broke off. Car is registered in California until 2017, comes with CA title from 1970, receipts and information on original owner. Muffler is taped up so there must be a leak; sounds great and I no exhaust odor was coming in car; probably should be replaced. Great car that can be driven the way everyday.
