This garage kept beauty sports a 3-speed automatic transmission, and a 170 c.i. inline 6 cylinder Ford motor. All numbers match. The interior is original, super nice, and has no tears or major flaws. The carpet is new. The Futura runs and drives great, shifts perfect and is so quiet at idle you can barely hear it run. The tires are all high tread. The white paint is new and has been professional finished. The bumpers are original and have been replated. All the glass and weatherstripping are in great shape and are original with the glass showing the Ford logos. All of the sheet metal fits great and the doors and truck close with ease. This Falcon has a new gas tank, fuel lines and carburetor . The trunk is dry and has the original mat, and holds the original jack and an extra set of spinner hubcaps. All the moldings are original and in pristine shape. Everything work including the radio. This awesome car can be driven as is or could be a great candidate for a Ford V-8 4 speed conversion as a hotrod. This is a lot less work and expense than starting with a basket case than will still cost $5000 and up, and take much more time to build.
