Vehicle Detail

Real Steel 1933 Ford 3-Window Coupe This car is an honest, steel bodied, drive-able hotrod, not built as a Show Car, but has won several Best of Shows locally. Previously a GOOD GUYS Winner and was selected as "Car of The Day" at the 2014 Cruisin the Coast event. I acquired the car in 2013 and over the period of a year, we upgraded the car with a new engine, transmission, cooling system, custom upholstery, paint and wheels. This car cranks easily and can be driven in traffic with NO overheating issues, it has four-wheel disc brakes, rack and pinion steering, the paint is very high quality and was done by a professional restoration shop. There are a couple of minor scratches where I dropped a hand wrench which we have pointed out in the photographs. New Custom Interior is very well done. Headers have been jet-hot coated and are baffled. Engine has not been on a dyno, but is super strong even with the supercharger being under-driven to yield approximately 8 psi of boost. The supercharger can be overdriven with a simple reversal of the crank and blower pulleys. This car is very dependable and is a blast to drive, it attracts a ton of attention wherever you go.
