Vehicle Detail

Up for sale is a 1984 Oldsmobile Cutlass 2 dr V8. I bought this car a while back to help a friend out who was in the service. I really have no use, or place for it, and will now lose some cash on it, but it was for a good cause in my mind so hopefully someone will take it, fix it up the rest of the way & enjoy it. I priced it to sell, and car is for sale locally. It's a great running V8 project car for someone who has some ambition, time, and skills. It runs strong, sounds good, shifts good, and drives well. It has a rebuilt 350 Chevy motor I was told, which is obviously not stock, and an automatic transmission. It originally had a half vinyl top, but that was taken off to make it a hard top. Cutlass chrome trim for rear window comes with the car. The car was a daily driver, and can be right now.The GOOD:Strong running 350 engine/tranny. Everything appears to be all hooked up correctly for the most part from what I can tell. All lights & signals including under the hood work. Horn works. Has good heat except on the highest setting-probably relay I was advised which is suppose to be a fairly simple fix if you know about these cars. Power windows work. All the rubber around the door jam/window area is good. Has new heavy duty radiator. New battery with an anti them lock installed. Seats are good. Recent exhaust (into straight duels). Brakes feel good. Front shocks are good as far as I know, the rear has air shocks on now, but comes with new regular shocks in the trunk. This is a really good deal for a running classic car. What It Needs: Car has usual standard rust these G body's get in the typical places. Will need some patch repair on the lower inner doors, the lower rear quarter panels, in the trunk on the drivers side, and where the spare goes, and a couple small places on the very rear frame extenders that support the bumper (these areas are still fairly strong, but will need patched up to be solid again). The car also will need a new carpet, and headliner, power door lock switches aren't working, outer door window felt strips. Could maybe use new rear tires, and paint. No radio with car. Other: Has all digital dash gauges now, but comes with the Olds original Cutlass gauge cluster that reads 93,xxx. The gauges all work, or you can put the regular assembly back in, and go back stock. It has a GPS speed/navigation system that comes with it. The dash, and rear interior panels have been colored black, which don't look too bad, but could easily be recolored grey. It has old Chevy rallies with no rigs, or caps. The car has a lot of potential, most of the hard work's done, and it's ready either way in my opinion for what someone wants to do with it. It could be restored fairly easily, or is mechanically ready to be stripped down & made into a stock/strip car. Please read, and understand what you're getting, and if you have ANY questions contact me before bidding, and I will try to answer them as best as I don't want anyone to be surprised even though I tried to describe it as accurately as I can. Note: Item described as accurately as known. Please ask all questions prior to bidding. There are no returns on this item. Item is sold as is. Buyer is responsible for pick up/shipping. Seller will work with buyer to arrange shipping pick up/shipping. Full payment expected within 48 hours of sale, or seller reserves the right to re-list item. Faux, or fish bidders with less than 3 eBay transactions, who appear to be fraudulent will have their bid cancelled, be blocked, and turned in. On Dec-20-15 at 13:35:18 PST, seller added the following information: I don't know what's wrong with people on here who have the time to make a false account just to place a fake bid on something. You morons are complete losers. GET A LIFE FREAKS! Do not contact me with zero feedback. If you bid it'll be cancelled immediately, and you'll be blocked.
