1994 Volvo 850 Wagon for sale. The car runs good, but needs help to be drivable. Great DIY job or could also be a great parts car. Will accept serious offers. This car sat for a while. Prior to sitting, it was well maintained. Have receipt for brakes, timing belt, water pump, etc. Even after sitting for over a year, I dropped a new battery in (does not come with sale) and it fired right up true to the old Volvo name. However, after driving I realized it needs 2 new rear control arm bushings. (URO Parts 3516122 Control Arm Bushing Link 37.95 ea. on Amazon). I've replaced these before on another vehicle. Not a super hard job, just a little tough to get the old ones out. So, after putting a little fresh gas in and driving back home, I realized there was quite a bit of oil dripping out of the bottom of the engine. I'm not familiar with this symptom, but it looked like it could be anything from a rear main seal to an oil cooler line. All that being said, the motor does run fine with no knocks or lifter noise. Does not overheat. The transmission shifts smooth. The brakes seem a little tight but in working order. The tires need replacing but have enough tread to get around for a while. The a/c seemed to work, heat warms up good, signals all work. I noticed a crack in the windshield. A few minor things are broken on interior like the glove box door and air recirculating switch. No radio. You can see in the picture that most of the body is in good shape. That is until you see the drivers side doors. The good news is that this car will come with 2 replacement doors (wrong color) if you want them. I'll even throw in a do it yourself color matched spray paint kit.
