56 Olds Ninety-Eight 4 door sedan. I bought this car to use as a donor for my other 56 Olds restoration project (see other ad). Never got around to the restoration and am now selling both. This car could be restored with a lot of rust repair, but probably is a better parts car. Motor and transmission missing. Dash trim is pretty nice, but dash pad needs to be replaced (previous owner painted it to cover defects). Seats are in good shape and have been reupholstered in the past with a velvet material. There is a lot of foam padding under the floor carpet. The floors have some rust. The doors are fair, but repairable. The glass is mostly in tact, but the windshield is cracked. The exterior stainless has sandpaper scratches on much of it. Most of the trim could be restored by fine sanding and abrasive buffing. Trunk needs work. It should not be driven in it's present condition; it has to be picked up via transport vehicle.
