Hi, folks. Up for auction is my 1978 Subaru Brat. Runs and drives well, been driving it daily since Oct.. Super fun in the snow! Replaced distributor, brake master cylinder and wiper motor, all ebay finds. Everything works, every exterior light, horn, wipers, heater (high fan only), 1 key unlocks either door and turns ignition. New Firestone WinterForce tires. Minimal rust, worst is drivers rear wheel arch, a bit in the outer rockers. Colorado vehicle most of its life. Really solid by WI standards for something this age... Engine and trans leave a few drips, oil pump/filter housing, trans input and shifter rod seal are the sources. Dual exhaust is a bit noisy. Fuel tank has shown a damp spot but no drip or gas smell. New project has me selling this great little toy. Title is clear and in my name. Now the biz: Bid to own. Inspections are welcome and encouraged.
