There is no rust anywhere. There was a fire under the hood from th wiring. Every thing has been completely redone. Everything. The Title.My Blazer has a Salvage title. Who Cares!It has never been in an accident. After completing the restoration (the first time) it was taken to the stereo shop where the wiring caught fire from over loading it. the hood wouldn't open fast enough so all wiring and some paint needed to be restored again. A 30k claim from the insurance paid. I bought the truck and went through everything again. Everything meaning the above list.
