1968 Buick Skylark 350 Convertible Muscle Car Project Quick Finish Sorry to see her go But I'm moving and can't take her with me. Someone is going to walk away with a heck of a deal. Finish this project up and be ready by spring. I already did the hard part! For sale is my 1968 Buick Skylark. She Run and drives and sounds great. Engine is smooth and cranks right up. The transmission was rebuilt by Gibraltar transmission in Queens NY less than 100 miles ago. The engine was reconditioned at the same time by USA auto repair in Valley Stream NY. New Front springs and shocks brake lines, brake booster, master cylinder, drums and pads were installed at the same time. I will also throw in some new body and suspension parts I haven't had time to install. Worth almost $100 Below is a list of all the new and almost new parts that I replaced. New Drivers side quarter panel Sheet Metal NEW Known Issues: Front suspension linkage could use changing. I would change it. I bought it this way but I have included the parts for you BRAND NEW IN THE BOX!!! Slight Minor bend in front bumper is an easy machine shop repair. It's really slight Rear bumper has a small dent that can be pulled out. I would re-chrome both or as a daily driver you should be ok. Crack in the Windshield Things you will need to complete the project: The floors and trunk are in need of repair. If you can do bodywork or can get it done for cheap then this cars is a steal. You will need a convertible top cover. The motor works perfectly. (I have a top that I can throw in from another car if you are interested) Body work. I have most of the chrome side and trunk molding. May be missing a couple pieces but those are easy to find on EBay or V8Buick Needs a Quarter panel repair due to rust and rot BUT a new one will be included with your purchase I can also provide you with a list of places to get parts. I did all the research for you already! Car is As is Where is. You can have it shipped or drive it away. It's so hard to say goodbye. Lots of love and labor have been put into this.
