NO RESERVE. I bought this race chassis, 3 years ago, with the plan to get it titled, (as it had a french title, but no import docs anymore), through a lien sale (done), but whenI presented the chassis to the DMV, they refused to title it until the car was complete and running. They recommended taking it outof state to get it titled as is.The VIN number is WP0ZZZ96ZLS404783, but as a european import, it did not get accepted above.My plan had been to make an outlaw 911 as the 964 chassis is perfect for that. I also had bought old RSR rear panels,and had plans to make it into a 73 RSR clone.Now with the uncertainty of getting it registered in California, and not wanting to sink $100K in the build up on the hopethat it could be titled and registered here, I prefer instead to pass this project onto someone else, ideally out of state.I have had the car sand blasted, and I have primered the bits which could corrode again. There is some corrosion in the roof, but otherwise it is pretty rust free. It has a full cage, some weld repairs at the right rear, and carbon fiber strengthening at critical points.Either build it up as a race car, or go the outlaw route I had planned.Vehicle sold as is, with no warranty, implied or otherwise. I was able to roll this chassis on and off a trailer as a 2 man job, but to make it easier to load/unload, I can put struts and wheels on the front to make it a roller, for $400, after the auction.
