Vehicle Detail
Only 163609 miles, owned since 1999. The major systems all work. The wife inherited her mother's car and wants to keep it for sentimental reasons. So am selling her BMW:( ADDERS:+ Michelin snowtires mounted on their own rims.+ Onboard radar detector with front & rear indicators integrated into dashboard. Has Laser option, needs front license plate detector.+ Integrated 110 volt A/C inverter to plug in your computer, etc.+ Alpine stereo CDA-117 Receiver w EQ & Remote; Integrated with BMW amp/woofers. MP3/WMA/AAC HD Radio, SAT, AUDYSSEY; USB: with smartphone, play from/charge smartphone. On Dec-19-15 at 06:15:04 PST, seller added the following information: Restoring Front/Hood to pristine condition would cost $1758.70, but is very driveable as is and just passed MA State inspection. On Dec-19-15 at 14:22:47 PST, seller added the following information: LOL, by mistake, I uploaded a picture of my Purple 750iL, and it became the first picture. All the other pictures are of the Black 740iL that is for sale. The pictures of the interior show some of the plastic damage and the pieces that have fallen off. They also show that the mechanic who epoxy-ed the gas tank, left a little yellow epoxy on the passenger seat and the console. I imagine this could be removed with a solvent, but I haven't tried it yet. Comes with all the original BMW manuals and their zippered pouch, Alpine Owner's Manual CD and K40 radar detector Operating Instructions. On Dec-20-15 at 12:43:49 PST, seller added the following information: Yesterday a typo - this is definitely a 750iL. The back seat has its own A/C - heat controls along with electric seat controls. Front seats have electric heaters plus a steering wheel heater. Today I took it out shopping. Even at 17 years old, this is still a better car than I drove for my first 20 years of driving, with a better stereo and radar detector than I ever had! I can't believe my wife is keeping the Ford Taurus for sentimental reasons and front wheel drive, and selling this BMW:(
