As this car is also being offered for sale locally, I reserve the right to end this auction early. I am relisting this car at a lower price. Please carefully read all the specifics and ask any questions before bidding. Here you have a gently used,(by a senior citizen) well maintained Ford Mustang V6 convertible equipped with the Pony Package and the interior upgrade package. This vehicle comes equip.ped with a number of features not included with the base model. This car has never been abused and been serviced on a regular basis by a highly competent mechanic. It is also equipped with Sirius radio and the Shaker 500 radio package, . It also has HID headlamps and 17" premium painted cast aluminum wheels. It is also equipped with traction control and anti-lock brakes.There are no tears or marks in the black leather interior.which sports heated front seats! The car drives flawlessly. The only issue with the car of which I am aware is that the rear window defroster is not working. In order to fix this, the electrical connection must be reattached to the rear window grid. I also recently replaced the windshield because a rock chip developed into a hairline fracture. I am including a winter car cover and storage bag as part of the deal. The original sticker price on this car was 31,990. A fresh NY State inspection was acquired on 07/30/2015. As with most previously owned cars, this 2008 Ford Mustang is being sold as is, where is, and there are no warranties, expressed or implied, I have a clean title to the car. I bought it off lease so the title will show a lien to the original finance company, but I will also provide their release of lien letter. I will be providing both the original and a replacement title to the car. Only the replacement title is valid and only the replacement title can be used to register the car. I misplaced the original title (thought it got thrown out) so I ordered a replacement from NY State and then located the original. You will receive both titles to prove that the car has never been transferred to anyone else. Sorry for the confusion, but stuff happens. Car must be fully paid for before buyer can take possession and buyer if fully responsible for any costs associated with picking up the car. My preferred method of payment is CASH (assuming you are local, of course). If a cashier's/bank check is used, I will hold title to the car until my bank has confirmed that there are good, clear funds in my account. This may take several days. The reason for this is that there is a high incidence of counterfeiting with bank/cashier's checks.. Ask questions now, because all sales are final and the Mustang is being sold as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied. The car is located in Suffolk County, New York. A $250 deposit via PayPal is required and this deposit is non-refundable. Ask questions prior to bidding on this car.
