Forsale is a decent little project 2001 Range Rover. Truck was a police seized vehicle, was off the road for sometime till it was auctioned. Then it had sat for sometime because buyer could not get it to start. I took it in on trade, had truck reprogrammed for new key. It started right up after the key was programed and backed off the trailer. Drove it around lot, parked it and here it sits. Since it is sitting tried to start the other day, have fuel, and crank but just sputters.... old gas and the cold plus needing tune up. Interior is in decent shape, headliner is loose in a couple spots. Runs rough and has a misfire, needs tune up (has 4 year old fuel in tank) A section of exhaust was missing, has pipe in place but not welded in or clamped. Abs light is on as well as check engine light. windshield is cracked but not in vision Radio is missing Hood release cable handle in cab broke, cables are fine. All things seem to function as they should, but this vehicle needs gone through before putting on the road. Trans shifts fine, got upto 35 in lot, brakes work good, steering seems fine. A/c blows ice cold, heat works good, Tires hold air, oil looks good, coolant looks good. No engine noise, no smoke, basics are all there mechanically, body is dent free and rust free. VIN# SALPL16411A453760 ebay location for Vin will not work, this is the vin on the tittle and dash. but ebay stats it is not a good one or it was made outside the USA.
