SAME OWNER PURCHASED NEW IN 1966 - ORIGINAL DEALER PLATES ORIGINAL DEALER KEYS WITH DEALER TAGS - SEE LAST PICTURE OF KEYS CAR IS ALL ORIGINAL SHEET METAL - ALL ORIGINAL GLASS - GREAT CONDITION ORIGINAL MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION - ORIGINAL DIFFERENTIAL ALL REBUILT CAR HAS ALL ITS TAGS - TRIM TAG - ENGINE TAG - SAN JOSE BUILT SO NO BUCK EVERY DATE CODE STAMPED ON THE CAR IS ORIGINAL TO THE CAR. ALL ORIGINAL SMOG SYSTEM ON THE CAR RESTORED A FUNCTIONS CORRECTLY ODOMETER READS 42058 AND IS BELIEVED TO BE TRUE. BUT WE HAVE NO WAY TO VERIFY THE ODOMETER UNFORTUNATELY. EVERYTHING COSMETIC HAS BEEN RESTORED AND ALL ORIGINAL PARTS WILL COME WITH THE CAR. EVERYTHING MECHANICAL HAS BEEN GONE THROUGH AND IS IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER. THIS CAR IS READY TO BE DRIVEN ANYWHERE. AND IS READY FOR ANY SHOW. ITS A GORGEOUS 66 COUPE. NEW FUEL SYSTEM, NEW BRAKES, NEW FRONT SUSPENSION. NEW BUSHINGS, NEW TIRES, NO EXHUST LEAKS, EVERYTHING WORKS. AND NEW INTERIOR. I purchased the vehicle from the original owner. We went through the car and restored just about everything. Its basically a new car. We kept all original parts and either had the parts restored or we kept the original part for later restoration and replaced it with high grade replacements. Mostly chrome pieces for cosmetic purposes. The car runs and drives perfect. The car drives straight, stops straight, and shifts really smooth. The whole car has been gone through and everything was repaired that wasn't working correctly, which wasn't much. We didn't paint the underside of the trunk hood because the original jacking instructions were pretty much still intact. Same goes for the glove box door where the original tire pressure sticker is still in tact. The registration was just paid up to date, the title is clean and clear and ready for transfer. Car needs nothing. I'll have the spare tire and jack by the time the auction ends. The dash has two small cracks that are not very visible, and the original hub caps are on the car and could use a restoration. Two small imperfections. ALL THE DATES FOR THIS CAR ARE AVAILABLE FOR ANYONE THAT WANTS THEM, JUST ASK AND I'LL SEND YOU A COMPETE LIST. The car has had one paint job we just had done in the correct springtime yellow paint code, the paint was done in a beautiful clear coat, and all the door jams and trunk jams were painted correctly including the underside of the hood. Most of the chrome cleaned up really nice and is in amazing condition for its age.We installed a Petronixs setup in the distributor for better gas mileage and better throttle response.
