This car is in superb condition mechanically and body-wise. I am the original owner and have had it garaged and covered since new and maintained according to BMW requirements (records available from BMW NY). Never abused. Never on the track. Never driven in the snow (and almost never in the rain). Never in an accident. No problems. Everything works as new. Pictures don't do it justice. Not even a rattle or squeak. I'm getting a new car for my birthday and live in NYC (i.e., expensive garage) or I wouldn't sell it. The exterior is original and in excellent condition. The interior looks brand new. The wheels do have a few dings - but I've got an extra wheel than comes with the car. It's fully optioned with: AC, Alarm System, Alloy Wheels, Premium AM/FM/CD, Anti-Lock Brakes, Automatic Headlights,Cruise Control, Daytime Running Lights, Driver/Passenger/Side Airbags, Driver and Passenger Multi-Adjustable Power Seats, Electrochromic Exterior Rearview Mirror, Electrochromic Interior Rearview Mirror, Electronic Brake Assistance, Fog Lights, Front Air Dam, Front Power Memory Seat, Heated Exterior Mirror, Heated Seats, Interval Wipers, Keyless Entry, Leather Seats, Leather Steering Wheel, Limited Slip Differential, Locking Differential,Power Locks, Power Mirrors, Power Windows, Rain Sensing Wipers, Rear Defroster, Steering Wheel Mounted Controls,Tachometer,Tire Pressure Monitor,Traction Control,Trip Computer,Vehicle Stability Control System, Xenon Headlights, sun/moon roof. Inspection II completed. All tires (Michelin Pilot Super Sport) with ~90% of tread left. Moon/sun roof. The E46 is the last of the great, naturally aspirated, I-6 engines. It's a classic. I love this car. Someone else should enjoy it and keep it for a long, long time. On Nov-22-15 at 14:59:15 PST, seller added the following information: Apparently there is an incorrect accident report attached to this car. I am the only driver of this car and it has NEVER been in an accident. I have been trying to get the details and make the correction but so far no response and that gets me quite upset. All that I can think of is that I had a flat tire in Brooklyn many years ago and for some reason it was reported as an accident. For absolute sure the car has never been in an accident.
