Thank you for viewing my auction. After being disappointed by the other 45th Anniversary Mach 1's out there (both condition wise and price wise, or any other 03-04 Mach 1 or Cobra for that matter) and looking at this one, please feel free to message me. There is not a single high performance car built to this caliber in this price range, and all will not be nearly as nice as this one. Very rare to find in such excellent, garaged kept condition. It has been in Southern CA since 1500 miles, and always garaged in a humidity controlled, heated and air conditioned garage and parked on top of carpet. Owner 1 insisted that it not been dealer prepped and kept all the tags, and stickers as shown below. It is as close to showroom new as you can get, but driven at least 1X per week since new, so no tire flat spots (tires new anyway), or dried up seals like the others. Absolutely everything works as it should. No odd noises, smells, vibrations, or issues. Stunning color combination. All body panels are original and no paintwork. The Screaming Yellow is gorgeous!! 1 OF ONLY 139 SCREAMING YELLOW 45TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION MACH 1 AUTOMATICS BUILT! Also has the interior upgrade package which there are no break down #'s on how many of those were equipped of the 139. No check engine lights, dash warning lights illuminated, or any issues, of any kind. Original owners manuals, case, sales contract, many original stickers, tags, and documents,  and all handouts come with the car along with 3 original chip keys and 2 original remotes with no wear on the buttons. Procharger polished supercharger with intercooler professionally installed in 2008 with $10K receipt and dyno tuned to perfection. No flat spots or hesitations. This car is a beast and faster and easy to manage than a stick!! All tasteful modifications listed below. Everything done properly and reliable and safe enough that I would not hesitate to drive it every day, or let my wife drive it. Car has been babied. Look at all the reflections in the beautiful paint in the pictures below. Pride of ownership shows in every aspect of this immaculate sports car. It drives like a dream. This cream puff is only being sold as owner has dementia and has been taken to Idaho to be with family and his family wanted the car gone before he hurt himself in it. Underside is immaculate too with many original markings and stickers. Don't buy a car with out underside pictures!!   This immaculate car honestly looks and smells like new! Seats periodically treated with conditioner. Smooth power, transmission shifts perfectly, no overheating even in 110+ degree heat. Car needs nothing. Paint is like glass. You will not find a nicer, immaculate, no worry, low mile supercharged Mach 1 for this price!! No other Mach 1 or Cobra compares to this one in its price range and it is priced to sell immediately....don't wait or you will miss this cream puff and will never find another like it for less! This Mach 1 is priced for a quick sale to the discriminating enthusiast/collector that appreciates all the details, cleanliness, and correctness of a nice, solid, ready to go car with out the worries of the others out there. Great show car, or to use when you want to impress. You could drive it daily if you so choose as it has excellent street manners. Whisper quite, very spacious, comfortable, and VERY quick. Tires have never been spun and car has never been abused or driven by kids. All the correct nuts, bolts, plugs and clips are present. It is less than you'd think, even coast to coast this time of year, than you'd think, both enclosed and open carrier. Stops very well with no pulls or moans. Has 4 wheel power discs brakes with ABS. 13" vented rotors in the front with huge calipers made by PBR for Ford, and 11.65" vented rotors in the back made by Varga for Ford. Does not get hot even idling in 110 degree heat for 25 minutes. Goes down the road straight as an arrow. It starts right up and sounds great! Engine oil, oil filter, and air filter are all recent, and always synthetics. Tires are all are 95% and all 2 month old Falken Azenis FK452's ZR rated. They are 245/45 ZR17 front and 275/40 ZR17 rear and I prefer them over even the Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires for quietness and grip. Wheels are Ford Racing Bullitts and in nice shape, even backsides of them have been periodically cleaned!! Many original markings on the immaculate underside, which has been wiped down frequently since new. Car needs nothing at all and will continue to climb in value if kept in this condition In my 20 years in the Mustang business, I have rarely seen, owned, or driven a nicer, well maintained, immaculate vehicle! Most would mistake this car for a brand new one. I have owned over 1000 Mustangs, Shelby's, Big Block's, Boss's, Pantera's, Saleen's, Roush's, Cobra's. Lightning's etc, mostly collector models, and rarely see a vehicle (of ANY type) that is 11 years old and still looks and drives better than new. Interior even still smells new. Cigarette lighter never used. Nothing leaks, drips, or seeps. It is very easy to drive and maneuver. This car gets 25+ MPG on the freeway with ease. It starts the first time, EVERY time. It idles smoothly and does not smoke. No misses or hesitations. Original seat belts are excellent. Factory interior buttons look like new. None of the original silk screening has worn off anything inside. You simply can NOT find another like this. This is a one in a million Mustang, hands down. There are 161 differences between a 2004 Mustang GT and a 2004 Mach 1 different engine, cluster, transmission, rear end gears with carbon fiber clutch pack differential, brakes, suspension, seats, etc, just to name a few. Basically a Cobra engine, but with an automatic and live axle. This car only weighs 3250 lbs and is faster than my 2013 Shelby GT500 with a pulley and tune and is nicer to drive than my GT500's and most of my other much higher priced cars in my collection.   Here's a list of the tasteful, functional, professionally installed modifications to this beautiful Mach 1, about $15K worth: 10lb Procharger D1SC polished supercharger made specifically for the 03-04 Mach 1. 560 HP on pump gas. It has the largest intercooler available and keeps the inlet air temperatures down. Also has 42lb injectors. 255 lph in tank fuel pump, and larger mass air meter. Was dyno tuned with SCT software. SCT tuner is in the trunk. The driveability when driving the car normally is like stock, smooth with no flat spots or hesitations. When you punch it, hold on!! Car is very safely tuned to not hurt the engine. Many stock parts come with the car and will be carefully placed in the trunk. This supercharger package was almost $10K installed and receipts come with the car. Snow Performance water/methanol injection. It is adjustable to inject based off boost and mass air voltage. There is a pump under gas tank and a controller in the engine box. It injects the water/methanol injection called "Boost Juice" into inlet tube in front of throttle body to further cool down intake charge and acts like race gas with out the price. I will include an extra gallon of Boost Juice (costs about $8 per gallon, and easy to find and get) and can last over 2K miles defending on how much you are on the car and into the boost. A light comes on, on the dash to let you know when Boost Juice is being injected. This is a great addition to any turbo or supercharged vehicle. Transmission has upgraded valve body and torque converter. Shifts are smooth when you're not on it, and firm when you get on it. Rear end gears are 3.55 ratio. Only used  Royal Purple Max ATF in transmission, and Royal Purple 75-140 in differential.  No slipping what-so ever. in trans or rear.  This is a car your wife can drive to the grocery store! Upgraded billet camber caster plates in the front to keep it in perfect alignment and allows individual adjustments of camber and caster. Fully adjustable Tokico rear shocks and KYB struts in the front. Suspension is very smooth and now twitchy or rough at all. It is smooth and comfortable and does track all over the road like most. No rattles or squeaks. Bassani "Quiet Thunder" high flow cat X pipe and cat back exhaust. Fully polished mandrel bent stainless steel and has a nice deep burble and loud when you get on it, but no drone inside the car at all. At 65+ MPH on the freeway you can barely hear the exhaust with windows up. It really sounds great. $2K installed . Ford Racing Bullitt black insert 17" wheels with 2 month old Falken Azenis FK452 tires. They are sticky and quiet and great tires. Size is 245/45 ZR17 front and 275/40ZR17 rear. They hook up very well and I use them on many other's of my high performance cars and have been very happy with them. Nitrogen filled for more consistent pressure and cooler running. $1750 installed. Mach 1 red powder coated "Mach 1" front and rear caliper covers on huge factory brakes. This car stops on a dime! $350 installed. Kenwood CD/Bluetooth/ USB stereo with remote.  Works with factory 8 speaker, 2 subwoofer, 3 amp Mach 460 , 460 watt sound system. Original 6 disc indash head unit comes with the car and worked fine when removed. Car also has a near new Optima gel red top battery and custom engraved "4.6 32 Valve V8" coil pack  covers installed on valve covers. Billet aluminum gas tank door, stainless steel bumper letter inserts (can be removed if you don't like them as they are held on with 2 sided tape), and 3M Crystalline window tint keeps the interior cool and blocks glare (can be removed if you don't like it). $1K installed . All fluids and filters always changed before needed front to back. Clear bra was installed when car was new on entire front fenders, hood, front bumper, windshield pillars, parial front of roof, rockers, and behind wheel wells. It did an amazing job of protecting this car from any road rash. I removed it as it was starting to discolor and peel, ruining the hood stripe while doing so. I installed an NOS Ford hood stripe. Car needs nothing. Hop in and go anywhere, anytime.  Underside, and engine box kept clean since new as is the exterior and interior. Carpet is immaculate and original floor mats are like new. Seats look perfect too. Seats, and floor mats always covered when driven. No holes or unraveling anywhere an the original carpeting. Never been smoked in. Still has new car smell. Just look at the pictures, they really explain this Mach1, hands down, better than I can. A/C is ice cold, and heat hot. A/C is colder than any car I have ever driven. Even on 110+ days here in Palm Springs, CA, after 5-6 minutes, I had to turn the A/C to a higher temperature, unlike all my other vehicles, which will not freeze you like this car! Everything on this amazing Mach 1 works like it is intended to. No squeaks, rattles or wind noise. Only flaws at all on this car that I can find or think of is the front splitter has some marks on it (still available new for around $80, and there are a handful of areas where there were minor chips that have been dab touched up and buffed out, None would even show up in the pictures. There are a few minor marks on the edge of the wheels as shown in the pictures. I tend to be pickier than most people, but feel that I should disclose anything I notice as I would expect the same if I was buying something. Paint and body lines are absolutely beautiful. It is a very classy, sporty, no worry car that will bring years of enjoyment to the buyer.  Vehicle is available for inspection and can be shipped anywhere. Out of country buyers welcome too, if you arrange shipping. I can have the car delivered to the Long Beach Port, if need be at your expense. Title in hand with no liens. First owner barley drove it (1500 miles) and was a collector and had the car in dry storage at his home in Maine. It was delivered by Ford dealer in an enclosed carrier and stored in his humidity controlled, heated, carpeted garage.
