This is a great little car to start with for it has not been cut up or modded other than it has a 5 lug conversion which has S-10 rotors, spindles and calipers in the front. Has a 1979 Monza V-8 rear end, 10 bolt with S-10 axles, Chevelle brake drums and shoes. All recently put in. 2.73 rear end ratio, non-posi. Saginaw 4 speed. This car was not originally a GT but has the GT dash and the GT steering wheel. All gauges work including tach. This has been a daily driver for us for almost a year. It runs very well and gets great mileage. Uses about a quart of oil every 600-800 miles. Does not smoke. No rust in the floor pans or the trunk. Small crack in the driver windshield.
